On February 26, the Hotel Indigo St. Petersburg Tchaikovskogo and the St. Petersburg International Festival of Festivals film festival invited our partners and friends to a private film screening, where we showed them Jean Luc Godard’s latest masterpiece, Adieu au Langage.
The film enjoyed its world premiere at the International Cannes Film festival in 2014, where it was awarded the prestigious Jury Prize. Godard shared the award with Xavier Dolan, the director of another forceful film work, “Mommy”. The National Society of Film Critics in USA awarded Godard’s film the prize for the Best Film in 2014. In Russia, the film was shown at the International Film festival in Moscow.
