Mexican cuisine is aromatic spices, colorful presentation and spectacular taste. In the new Mexican menu of the restaurant “VINO&VODA” chef – Igor Pecherkin – presents the author’s perception of the gastronomic traditions of a unique Latin American country.
The diverse and bright Mexican cuisine combines traditions of Aztec, Spanish, Caribbean and many other directions. During his internship in Cancun Igor Pecherkin was inspired by not only classical Mexican recipes but popular dishes of Texis-Mexican cuisine as well. Igor was mastered cooking specialties and Mexico’s gastronomic traditions by the chef of the INTERCONTINENTAL PRESIDENTE CANCUN RESORT hotel Ruben Sesma.
